Yes, My Dad did play lead Guitar on Chantilly Lace (Big Bopper). He also played lead Guitar on Blackland farmer (Frankie Miller)Why Baby Why (George Jones) and Rythme Guitar on I'm so Lonesome I could Cry and It was mama (BJ Thomas) - Dad had many very good records throughout his career but in the last three years it seems the old Rock-a-Billy records really took off in Europe and Australia. I would like to thank All of his fans for making his last days joyful for him - When he died, he was doing exactly what he wanted to be doing. He died setting at his desk with his guitar in his hand practicing for a Rockabilly show in Las Vegas.
