It is possible that Buddy could have performed an "unplugged" version of "It Doesn't Matter Anymore" on the WDP tour, but rather unlikely, don't you think? At the time the great "Apartment Tapes" couldn't be released as Buddy left them; they had to be overdubbed to make them commercial. And wouldn't the kids in the audience be expecting to hear the song as it sounded on the record? Remember the British audiences' disappointment at hearing the Crickets live minus vocal backings........
