 You know what, I have to say that this was the last place I would see the "everybody get along" propganda. I certainly do not recall ever reading anything remotely anti-semetic or anti black on this site. But someone felt the need to lump all of these sensitive yet very different concepts into a thread that was merely pointing out a sceptical portion of a book. I feel that theses sentiments have no place here. I also feel that for someone to blatenly force the "who cares" attitude has no place either. Maybe I care, maybe others do to. But what business is it to any of you on this board? Absolutely none. Therefor I keep my personal beleifs on this subject matter where it belongs to myself. I happen to feel everyone is created equel but is it realy necessary for me to spread that and in a way "thwart" those who don't agree with me? No. I was not offended by the thread but was offended that someone would take several different prejudices and lump them together. Since when does having a heterosexual preference and a distaste for homosexual activity make you an anti semite or anti-black? I like peanut butter, that must mean I like jelly, I think Buddy was straight that must mean I don't like gays which must mean I don't like blacks or Jewish people. C'mon thats absurd. Beside I didn't see anything that was anti-anything. This person mearly assumed that by people defending Buddy's heterosexuality that they are in turn bashing homosexuality. Thats not the idea I got out of it.
