It was a good effort. I run the "Link Wray Fan Group" on Facebook and I invite all of you who are interested to join. I think all of Link Wray's sons and daughters are in the group and are very enthusiastic participants. We also have several musicians who played in Link's band. Our Facebook group members voted thousands of times for Link at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It really generated a lot of interest in Link. No, Link was not a one-hit wonder. He had four hit singles. "Rumble" and "Rawhide" were big hits. "Ace of Spades" and "Jack the Ripper" were widely regional hits especially in the Eastern states. He recorded fantastic records every decade from the 1950s until his death. Plus he was massively influential to later rock guitar players.
