My first car was a Blue and White 1957 Chevy Standard Model, not the BelAir. Remember how the Belair had stripes on the white part of the tailfin. Mine was solid white (with no striping). I "inherited" my Chevy (fondly referred to as "Old Clunky" by family) upon turning 16.

The first day I drove it, I headed down to my local record shop, Lishon's Music in Inglewood, CA to pick up my special ordered 45, "Who Do You Love" by The Skyliners on Jubilee. This was September of 1965.
