It seems that most of the info is in the description below the video. If you click on the name of the uploader, I believe you can send an email, or you can ask a question in the comments section.

When I first saw this wonderful student film a few tears ago, I was most impressed by the clever use of the audio, and the use of shadow for the visual component.

A neat and creative way to bring to life an audio clip we have all heard many times.
