If these are anything other than duplications of already issued material then she would have been negotiating with the record company to release them and to see how much MONEY she could obtain for them.

Also if the tapes contained unreleased material she would have ensured they were released after the legal problems were all sorted just before the box set came out (which did have unreleased items that she supplied on it).
Again she would have then been paid for them.
Can anyone imagine her GIVING AWAY material like this ?

The BBC had nothing to do with Sunday Night at The London Palladium, this was an ITV show and the recordings from this are out of copyright and have alreayd been legally issued.
