Overall a very good documentary. I don’t like nit picking these as I think we are fortunate to even see well done documentaries on this era of music however, to me a glaring couple of omissions and or barely mentions were
No mention of Johnny Horton, brief mention of Jim Reeves and sporadic mentions of Conway Twitty.
I’m a big Johnny Cash fan but it seems he was referenced a lot.

I was pleased with the closer look at Hawkshaw Hawkins and Gram Parsons.

Waylon and Holly’s relationship was glossed over as Waylon briefly toured with Holly on his last tour.

Cowboy Copas was an afterthought.
It could have been mentioned that the Pilot Randy Hughes was Copas’ father in law and that Kathy Hughes lost both a father and her husband March 5 1963.
