 I decided I couldn't wait any longer and ordered it just now from Amazon UK. I'll bet I have it within a week, and even with the weak dollar, I'll bet it's still cheaper to buy it this way. I'll let you know when it arrives.

It's global economy now. Don't be afraid to order overseas, especially for specialty products like this one.
