Last night my wife and I had the pleasure of watching a Bryan Adams gig in Manchester, England. I'd long thought him a very good performer and on seeing him last night, I was very impressed.

He and his band performer without a break for a solid 2 hours and 10 minutes. He performed all his major hits, such as "Summer of 69" etc and also new material off his new album. I have to say there is definitely a lean towards rockabilly...je looks like he is leaning towards Eddie Cochran for influence, with his hairstyle and his guitar was similar to what Eddie played as well. It was no surprise when in the Encore he played "cmon everybody" and Wlvis' "all shook up" and the audience loved it! Big screens alongside of the stage had close ups as he performed...in black and white. It was very much "American Bandstand" style.

Very impressed by Bryan Adams. He recreates his record sounds very well indeed. The guy is the real deal.
