Same thing for not allowing spread port BBC's, and all of the other rules that are utilized to this day. I have no idea what criteria they used, or how the decisions were made, but they have certainly stood the test of time well. The longevity and stability of our rules is an intregal part of the TPSA and is essential for long term growth and success.
