Specifically, it's exerpts from the Allegro con fuoco movement in the New World Symphony by Dvorak, in case you don't want to listen to the entire thing :-) It's really cool though, I played it with an orchestra once upon a time.

Anthony Heald is a brilliant actor, but he's not much of a conductor. Oh well :-)
