Even though I think it is a very bad would and that no one SHOULD use it, that doesn't mean that people don't have the right to use it if they wish to. Unlike yelling fire in a crowded theater, its not causing immediate phyisical harm, so you cant really ban it because of that. Otherwise, people have the RIGHT to say anything they want to which means banning the word would be illegal anyway. Again, I personally don't like the word's use, but that doesn't mean people can't legally use it.
