teach them about it, sure. When i was in high school, we were taught ABOUT it in sex ed. If you are asking this because of something you read, they are probably either talking about teaching students about it (not specifically how to do it) or else whoever you are getting it missed the point when they got it from their source.

In my sex ed class, they taught about anal sex (mainly the dangers of it and percautions you should take if you should so choose to do it) and i'm sure that is what whatever you have read is talking about as well.
