Your idea sounds very similar in tone to a story my little brother is currently blocked on. He, however, had Meredith slip in the bathtub and stab herself in the heart with her own hook. Very tragic. ;) When he first told me about it, I was talking to him on my cell phone in the middle of Penn Station here in Baltimore. I'm sure everyone thought I was nuts, the way I was laughing so hard. :)

In any event, we totally need to start a campaign to get this man an Emmy nomination. Anthony Heald just makes you care SO MUCH about his character- his mastery of the heart breaking "chin quiver" just blows me away.
