Yes, but do you think a father is really thinking clearly under the circumstances?

This brings up something that bothered me about last night's show. That whole thing where Brooke "decided" she should go to another school is just more evidence that DEK has amnesia when it comes to recalling details of previous episodes. Brooke came to Winslow because her parents MADE her after she was kicked out of her previous school. Now we're supposed to believe that she can say to Stephen, "I'm leaving." and all he says is: "Baby, please don't go."?!?

Agreed, but try to tell that to a teenager. On the other hand, that 27 year-old seemed to have little problem with it (at least before he met Steven). Makes you wonder what level of maturity HE was at. Don't get me wrong, I can understand a 27 year-old man being attracted to a 17 year-old, I just can't see a normal one acting on that attraction.
