I don't get it either. Even the shrink seemed at odds when Merideth mentioned her having orgasms while breastfeeding.

And now Scott's chipping in to buy her a prosthetic hand??

I think he is just super lonely and really really wants company. You can tell that the hook makes him uncomfortable and I think he's overcompensating for it.

What I also don't understand is that now Jeremy's grades are being allowed to slip. The only way I can see her changing her mind in that arena is if she's afraid of Jeremy. I know she's in therapy, but I just don't see her changing this much this quickly.
