Hi Equity, thank you for replying. My apologies for the late response. I am not familiar with the Libertarian Party in the U.K. and I must admit that I have not had much time to do any research on the Libertarian Party in England. If you have any time in your next posting I would love to hear more about it. Specifically any similarities between England. and the U.S. party, any differences as well or if you can post any links to any web sites you would recommend that would be greatly appreciated!

Not interpreted as anti-American. I have never had the pleasure to visit England (most of my traveling has been confined to the Asian Pacific) so I cannot honestly make any comparisons between the supioriority or inferiority of either nation in regards to each other. However, I have heard wonderful things about your country and I my wife and I have discussed traveling there one day. I do look forward to it!

I agree as well. I do not think an oath that pledges allegiance to the flag that flies over every school and government building in this country should make a person acknowledge the existance of a god. Me personally, I do acknowledge the existence of a higher power. But that is something that I have formed based on my upbringing, studies and personal faith. However I do not like my government forcing the athiest down the road to put aside their belief in a higher power whenever they say the pledge of allegiance.

It does not matter, at least not on my board. I will listen to anyones opinion, regardless of where they were born or where they reside. I may not agree with it, but I promise you I will not use the weak, "You are not from here so your opinion does not count!" crap.
