See the book "Phantoms of the Hudson Valley" by Monica Randall. A section on Beechwood, mentioning it was made into condominiums. Google search for beechwood vanderlip reveals:
Save the Date…The 20th Annual Ossining Food Pantry Celebration will be held on Sunday, September 21 from 5 – 8 pm in the ballroom and gardens of Beechwood, the historic Vanderlip estate in Scarborough, NY, hosted by Mr. and Mrs. James Simmons. If you can give some time to help make the 20th Celebration a big success, please contact Karin Chaudauri, 2008’s Celebration Chair, at 914-373-1048 to volunteer. All are welcome. We hope to see you there!
