Laurie, I think you're doing a great job - particularly as everyone jumps on you for numbers as soon as you arrive!!

There are options such as:

1. You can only request 3 early starts a season and ONLY if you're a member?

2. If a member has paid for a full year this should guarantee a start?

3. Every club member has their own number allocated at the start of the season - slowest to fastest? (not sure this would work AT ALL but might get ideas flowing)
