Just had a chat with a mate of mine at the Hinckley, what they do is. Have a hard and fast signing on time. So for example your event next week starts at 7.00. So signing on finishes at 6.45. Only members are able to sign on untill then after 6.45 if there`s any spare capacity thats offered out to guests on a first come first served basis. They said it works well.
