Subject: Last nights 25

I felt like i was going like a bag of spanners, Speedo not working, no power working and got the bike in the car to find i had a back tyre at 40psi

Gave up along the straight mile, lost interest....however seems it was not that fast a night and may have actually been going ok.

Training camp in annecy next week, then start training proper. :)
