Subject: Hot tips on the Cold War

AQA Paper 1 Section A Option W: 1919-1963 (Key Issues 3-9)
A vast subject area to revise BUT the Cold War must be a definate question (my teacher has said so), leaving one other question to be answered out of two (i.e. a choice).
As Korea is very topical the Korean War seems probable, along with possibly the Cuban Missiles Crisis.
The early stuff - all political manoeuvring - and the middle stuff - growing tensions - seems unpredictable to me, apart from the Berlin Airlift and the Hungarian Revolution.
Any advice? What are you telling your students?
Thanks in advance
