 In response to the ambulance crashing, Johnny wouldn't have a drug box, but didn't he have the trauma box which carried most of the same stuff(minus drugs)? He wouldn't have the biophone either. But, he did have almost all of the extrication tools with him so he could extricate all the victims and the equipment, need be. With the Santa Rosa County episode, I think either Johnny or Roy checked the door before the sherriff did so then he could break the window without checking....unless we can't trust our 2 favorite paramedics with a simple question!!
