 I heard from the owner of 21st guardian that she started this club and was in the presidency position along with a bred club in Canada or Ontario.

I knew by talking with her that she is full of it and her reputation all aboard shows the same if not worse.

Jennifer Skinner is not the founder of the RBPCO. Someone needs to boot her butt to the curb as she ruins everything her dirty hands touch, like boxers, pitbulls, bullterriers, cane corso and who knows what else she had been involved with. Just check around.

Contact the bullterrier club they have scary stories to tell about her and her animal care or abuse as they claimed.

Good luck to the RBPCO it has started with good ideas but the wrong people suronding it.
