As Fischer's biographer, I must admit
that he is difficult, intense and often detached but he is certainly not the uneducated and hysterical pet-baboon that Darrach so vividly but so inaccurately develops.
The way Darrach describes Fischer is accurate and confirmed by the way Fischer developes later on in life. How ethical it was to write so merciless about Fischer? A good journalist should tell the truth and nothing but the truth but I do have my questions. Maybe Darrach is also an unpleasant man?
