If it were me I'd have blood work done again, and schedule an ultrasound of both kidneys -- WITHOUT the DYE which can cause kidneys to fail. I'd prefer that the ultrasound be done by a urologist or someone who does many kidney ultrasounds.

I'd also ask for a referral to a dietician for assistance in getting on a renal diet.
