It sounds like you're doing your best to take care of your kidneys right now. Good for you! There's not a lot of advice I can give you but you might talk to your doctor about getting your blood pressure a little lower. The bottom number is a little high but not terrible. I think the last time I saw a recommendation for blood pressure, it was 125/75.
Mine's more like 120/80 or 110/70 so I figure it's close enough. Be careful about getting your blood pressure too low. It can make you very tired. It doesn't make sense to me to have it be so low it hurts your quality of life now.
The other big thing you can do is treat any kidney infections quickly and be re-tested after finishing anti-biotics to make sure the infection is all gone.
