I'd get a 2nd opinion just to ease your mind. It's always a good idea when you're dealing with something that can be potentially serious. The normal kidney function and blood pressure are a good sign but from what I looked up on google right now, you still need to keep your bp in normal range and treat kidney infections immediatly no matter which you have. Here's the site I looked up. Hope you only hear good news if you decide to get a 2nd opinion!
