I know that Otsuka Pharmaceuticals has a drug called Tolvaptan that is currently in phase II clinical trials to test its efficacy in treating PKD. A similar drug (in the same drug class) has been tested in mouse models of PKD and was shown to reduce the rate of cyst formation. This drug is already in phase III clinical trials to test its efficacy in treating people with cardiovascular disease. This link will give you some more information:
