One of the PKD Foundation's books says to avoid any sports where you could take a hard blow to your kidney like hockey or football. I've also known of a few people to have some minor bleeding from a cyst after heavy lifting so you might want to watch for this if you lift weights.
As long as you don't notice any bleeding or have any pain from your activities, I'd go ahead and enjoy them.
