All my life I was physicaly active in sports, army service and so on... I found out at the age of 29 that I have PKD (I am 34 now). I am still active (both in sport and army service) and am very glad that I did what I did when I was yunger and will continue doing that as much as I can. I guess you should check with your doctor what are the risks here and why should you stop your activities. There is life after being a cheerleader in case you decide to stop it.
