Hi There I'm also a PKD patient who was diagnosed with the disease at the age of 15 and i'm 33 years old. Recently I complained of headache just like you and my doctor recommened me to go for a CT SCAN as well as MRI this is because studies have shown that polycystic kidney patients can develop brain aneurysm . This is something that you might want to talk with your doctor.
