I was diagnosed with PKD 11 years ago. However it was just recently that I started having Rt Flank Pain. I thought maybe it was due to Ovarian cysts. An Ultrasound showed nothing. All I know is that I too have throbbing pain in my right lower flank. My doctor doesen't seem to know exactly what its from. I could use some help here too.
