The ENTIRE Judicial board that sat on the hearing has a vote, not just the Chairperson. It's a MAJORITY vote that determines guilty or not. He was found GUILTY by a

And how do you figure being found guilty of conspiring to STEAL from all of us is BULLSHIT? Is it bullshit because, he's your friend, or because you're Kenny?
You're also incorrect in saying that Kenneway is removing him. Kenneway did in fact appeal the decision, which, is a process covered under the constitution and by-laws. But, Kenneway didn't sit with the rest of the e-board when a decision was rendered. The other five (Ferullo obviously can't sit on the board) voted 4-1 to remove Ferullo.
It appears you entire post was not only filled with misinformation, but was written in a most biased way. Why is that, does Kenny have something on you too like he does on a particular eboard member that is now backing him?
