I don't mean to say that the Sgt. we have are no good... just low scorers.. and like the Lt's when the next batch of low score/last options show up, we'll lose who we have now... good-bad-indifferent. We'll keep guys like Kearnan.. he made his whole career at CJ - can't miss what he doesn't know. But watch us get stuck with all the crud at the bottom of the barrel when they make Sgt's and monreal goes to the complex with Demoura, Frat goes back to Norfolk with Rogers just like O'Mally... we need an incentive to keep these guys here... PAY US PAY US PAY US PAY US PAY US......
