We dont have u of forces everyday at concord . And we are not busy ratting each other out. I would say we are still up there in institutions who run solid. Its tougher now with the rookies being super brain washed at the academy. We are handcuffed by the con coddling administrators just like the rest of the Dept. Our only defense is to strengthen ourselves thrrough the union. No matter who is on the board, we are only as strong as we act together. And we are very weak right now.Teach the rookies so that they truly get it. You guys at CJ have it tough. Always have. And it will only get worse. Encourage the union officers to try to get the commissioner to incorporate us into the decisions that affect us. More staff, support and rights for all of us before someone gets killed. Every joints officers believes someone, somewhere is going to get killed because of this states failure to support the inmate before the officer. Why do the administrators and politicians not realize the opportunities the provide the inmate to exploit their programs. For every one inmate that may be helped, ten inmates are just exploiting the system. This is just plain dangerous.
