You "old timers' need to go and fucking retire already if thats all you have left to do is bitch about how things were. Every institution has "old timers" and all you ever do is bitch and talk about the old times. Walpole guys that were there back in the day get credit for the shit they had to deal with but for most part all of these old timers in other institutions want all this credit for what, sitting on your ass?! Why? Because you have spent more time than other people sitting in your chair. When you go to units that old timers have run the fucking cons know all the keys that open everything and why is that because you old timers give them the fucking keys and let them do it themselves and I am not talking Walpole but other Institutions I have worked at. You all want credit for that shit? For the most part this job is easy so cut the high and mighty bullshit cause after a few weeks on this job you already know it. Like the "cop" said in his post we do work in a sad place where all this petty bullshit goes on. This is what this all comes down to no wonder why we are a fucking joke. The Union sucks, C.O.'s suck. This is probably the only law enforcement job that has this little unity. But when your ass is on the line it's those very people you talk shit about you expect to save you. Think about that!
