I doubt there's a hard sided camper light enough for you. My camper weighs in about 3700 lbs. Even the smallest Lance is probably still in the 2000+ lbs category once you get groceries, clothes and water loaded. Looks like the payload for most 150's will be less than that. There is a Heavy Duty Payload option on some models, but it wouldn't give you much if any margin of safety. And forget off-roading when you're that top heavy and loaded.

You'd probably be better off finding a pop-up cabover. Besides being lighter, they'd also give you better clearance for driving off road. Starcraft does some, and I remember at least two other brands (just can't remember the names).
