Subject: Philip Berg's Case

Philip Berg is heading a lawsuit against Jeb, Dubya, and Katy Harris. If this is going to become a federal case, it might be wise to make O'Connors, Scalia, Thomas, and Rehnquist defendents as well, preferably so they do not have to appear in person, if this is possible. If they have to appear in person, this could create an unwanted public outcry, but they should be in a position where they are defendents, and not final judges, on this case.

O'Connors said she wanted to retire in a Republican administration before the whole fiasco. Scalia's son was working in the case against Gore. Thomas' wife was investigating dirt on Gore. Rehnquist had a vendetta with Gore's attorney, Boies, who defeated his son who was an attorney for Microsoft. None of these characters should have the final say. I'm wondering how to contact Philip Berg to leave him open to this suggestion, since this going to the Supreme Court is a very real possibility.
