There was a bout Hogan had against Bret Hart in WCW where Hogan wrestled technically, and was actually technically very sound. Am I sure if it was required of him, that could've been his career.

But that wasn't his thing. His thing was getting the shit beaten out of him, hulking-up, and then throwing his punches, doing his kick, and then the big legdrop. In that regard he was excellent.
