I actually turned on the show you're talking about the other day, and I changed channels in the middle of the opening promo because it held no appeal for me. I think they're just supposed to be angry with one another for some reason; hard to tell, since the booking team doesn't use things like subtlety or characterization.

Technically, yes, but he's "ECW".

Sadly, I really can't answer the last two questions, because I still get most of my info from pulsewrestling.com instead of watching.

But I have the HDNET channel, which means I get to watch RoH finally!
