Schuld bist Du insofern, daß Du Deinem Alten nicht paroli bietest (nicht die Bonbons). Für sowas mußt Du Dir unbedingt ein dickeres Fell zulegen.

Das kann ich nachvollziehen, keine Therapie bringt etwas wenn man es nicht selber vollzieht, wie bei der Raucherentwöhnung.

Das sollte eigentlich kein Problem sein, obwohl Du familiär eingebunden bist. In diesem Fall kommen nur schnelle Methoden und entfernte Orte in Frage. Wie wäre es mit einem Hotel in der Nähe? Gute Methoden dauern nicht länger als eine halbe Stunde, sehr gute nur ein paar Sekunden.

PS: Überleg Dir das mit der Therapie noch mal, es ist merkwürdig, wenn man Leuten Dinge erzählt, die sie schon selbst alle wissen, aber man hört es halt immer wieder gerne...
