sometimes qlaunch cann't load program -- QLaunch Palm OS5 System Extension

Subject: sometimes qlaunch cann't load program

I defined the short delay to 1/4 sec,
then I found sometime (offten after a while not turn on the device),
if I want to press one button for short delay to launch a program,
only get one flash of LED then the device is still OFF. If I power on
it and turn it off, then the same operation will turn the device on
first, then the LED flashed one time and I get the program launched.
It seemed when my T3 had slept for a while, the press to short delay
will not turn on the device and launch the program.

I didn't use any power saving program, or use the power saving feature
of qlaunch.
