dual discs on a zzr250? -- Kawasaki ZZR

Subject: dual discs on a zzr250?

hi folks,

I just got my zzr250. new to sporting bikes. the bike is real good, but i have a few queries,

1. can i put a 110/70 -17 tyre instead of the standard 100/80-17 tyre in the front?
2. can i put dual disc brakes in the front rather than a single disc?
