I've already suggested this to my insurance company, they said that as the other guys insurance is paying for it I might like to take the write off decision and take the opportunity to get a newer bike as mine is 'J'reg with 65,000 miles up, and it would not be affecting my premiums as he has admitted full liability to his insurance company anyway. So maybe its time to change.
