Agree with this answer. I have the same problem on ZZR1100D1. Some oil seeps out and sits round the nut section that is outside the rocker cover. Each tim eI unscrew the plug it covers the thread. I clean it all up every few thousand miles and off I go again. I dont think its a big issue, just seals not quite working correctly.
