Subject: ZZR1100 D1 Suspension Problem

Can anyone help.
I have a metalic rattle comming from front of bike.
Sounds like a tube rattling inside a tube.
Maybe a problem with front suspension.
Bike handles ok but the rattle is quite loud when i go over bumps.
Anyone any ideas please.
