Tanka is:

Five lines, in a stressed syllable scheme 5-7-5-7-7.
One image per line.

Yes, it's originated from haiku and senryu.

There's another style called Cinquain.
Adelaide Crapsey (1878 - 1914) created this form of poetry. Analogue to Haiku and Tanka, or maybe even born from them.
5 line stanza, in a 2-4-6-8-2 pattern of stressed syllables per line.
