The new City Manager seems to actually care what this city looks like and getting things done. I know it's a bit early to get overly optimistic but he's willing to talk AND listen AND communicate. He will answer your emails. I am hopeful he will see the incurable problems at city hall (John Charley and Russ McConnell to name two of them) and proceed to make personnel changes that will benefit all of us.
